Kiam has worked at Xerox PARC, where he did groundbreaking research on applied statistical methods for artificial intelligence.
From 2001-2002, he was at Verity, Inc., where he made significant contributions to many search engine-related products.
Kiam has authored several papers and patents on artificial intelligence and search technologies.

Thomas Lee Sung Jit

Thomas has over 12 years' experience in the information technology industry.
He started his career with ST Electronics where he successfully developed an intelligent diagnostic system for PCB testing.
He then served as a product consultant for ILOG(Asia Pacific) and as a datawarehouse analyst at OCBC Bank(Singapore). Prior to Accumo, he served as the Senior System Specialist in Temasek Polytechnic.
Thomas brings to Accumo his expertise in cutting-edge development, project management, end-user experience and management.

William Milewski

(Bachelor's Degree from George Washington University 1983, and MBA from the University of Hartford 1989, USA)
He has over 20 years' global experience in financial management, operations and audit.
He served as CFO and VP Controller for TEC Ltd and Asiacontent.com, Ltd, respectively, which were start-up companies.
Nine years prior to this, he worked for ABB, serving as CFO for ABB (Taiwan) and Vice President - Audit for ABB (Asia Pacific Region).
He has extensive experience serving on corporate boards and audit committees.
He began his professional career working for Ernst & Young in the United States.
